subannular repair by papillary muscle repositioning showed acceptable perioperative and 1-year efficacy and safety outcomes in patients with functional MR, including a low MR &gt;2 recurrence rate.<\/p><p>Improved LV remodeling and tenting parameters were also evident 12 months after surgery.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: MerriweatherSans;font-size: 1.14rem;font-weight: normal\">A 2-year
